Key applications should be in writing, and provide details about the party and intended trip. For a downloadable application form, see the appropriate cave information page. To avoid disappointment, please apply at least 14 days before the date of your trip. At the present time, the requirement for a £10 security deposit has been waived.
If you do not require a key to be posted to you, for example you have arranged to borrow one from the club hut where you are staying, you may instead email your completed application form to the permit secretary.
In special circumstances a club may be issued with an annual key to Agen Allwedd and/or Ogof Craig-a-Ffynnon. If you think your club has good reason to hold an annual key, please contact the MLCMAC secretary.
